在市场经济的今天,在飞速发展的中国,价格竞争表现的越来越重要和越来越激烈,在建设市场上,低价中标使企业经济效益下滑,如不控制好工程成本,将严重危及施工企业的生存与发展。项目是施工企业的成本中心,因此施工企业成本管理的核心是项目成本管理。项目成本管理是一个复杂的系统工程,涉及施工阶段的各个环节和各个方面,从开工到竣工,从质量到工期管理。本文针对当前施工企业竞争激烈的客观现实和施工企业加强成本管理的迫切需要,阐述了工程项目成本管理中存在的问题及加强成本管理的措施。
In today’s market economy, in the rapidly developing China, the price competition is more and more important and more and more intense. In the construction market, the low price of a successful bidder causes the economic benefits of a company to decline. If it does not control the project cost, it will seriously endanger Survival and Development of Construction Enterprises. The project is the cost center of construction enterprises, so the core of construction enterprise cost management is project cost management. Project cost management is a complex system engineering that involves all aspects of the construction phase and all aspects, from start to completion, from quality to schedule management. In view of the current competitive reality of construction enterprises and the urgent need of construction enterprises to strengthen cost management, this paper elaborates the problems existing in the cost management of construction projects and the measures to strengthen the cost management.
