从1986年开始,上海梅山冶金公司使用便携式红外点温仪对热风炉的炉壳表面(重点是拱顶、滑缝下部和炉身上部)进行了定期、定点的测试.测试结果表明:拱顶温度变化较小,一般为70~80℃,散热孔处的温度波动大些,大部分被测点温度有上升趋势. 1988年发现炉身区域有的温度上升较快,达200℃以上.为全面了解热风炉的温度场分布,以推测有无砖衬损坏情况.1989年元月对6座热风炉进行了测试.这次测试,将红外热像仪和红外点温仪配合一起使
Since 1986, Shanghai Meishan Metallurgical Company has carried out regular and fixed-point tests on the surface of the furnace shell (focusing on the vault, the lower part of the sliding seam and the upper part of the furnace) using a portable infrared point thermometer.
