用微型计算机系统检测温度、压力、流量和液位等各种生产过程参数,具有以下优点:精确度高、速度快、实时性强、功能多,微机能发挥其软件的灵活作用,对被测信号进行分析、运算和处理,如数字滤波、量纲变换、仪表误差修正、数字显示、越限比较、报警、打印制表等等。此外,检测也是自动控制的基础。下面介绍用Z80单板微型计算机来检测生产过程的各种参数的基本算法和程序。一、系统的构成简介 Z80单板机检测系统框图如图一示。它由检测仪表(变送器)、单板机、0809八通道八位A/D转换器、行式打印机、盒式录音机、报警电路等器件和装置组成。
