目前,饮料行业快速发展,是市场化程度最高的行业之一,基本形成了买方市场的格局,充满着激烈的竞争。以合法手段获取信息并通过分析而产生竞争策略的竞争情报,已成为战胜竞争对手的重要手段。本文通过对A公司的竞争情报工作现状及存在问题的分析,结合竞争情报系统的理论和实践,提出了改进该公司竞争情报活动的建议。
At present, the rapid development of the beverage industry is one of the industries with the highest degree of marketization, which basically forms the pattern of the buyer’s market and is full of fierce competition. Competitive intelligence that obtains information through legal means and generates competitive strategies through analysis has become an important means of defeating competitors. Based on the analysis of A Company’s competitive intelligence work status and existing problems, combined with the theory and practice of competitive intelligence system, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the company’s competitive intelligence activities.
