嫩玉米以味道鲜美、营养丰富深受城乡居民喜爱,特别是近几年鲜食甜玉米繁育成功,丰富了鲜食嫩玉米品种。但由于嫩玉米可溶性糖分及其色、香、味难于保持,使嫩玉米的工业化生产受到限制。本技术提供了一种嫩玉米加工保鲜的新方法,适用于工业化生产。经科学方法处理后的嫩玉米可在自然条件下保存8~10个月,其色香味不变。采用软包装,开封后即可食用,极为方便。应用此项技术可常年为城乡居民提供鲜嫩可口的即食玉米,产品完全符合国家卫生标准。
