本文用FTIR研究了增韧环氧-聚氨酯体系反应物之间的二元反应。观察到NCO和环氧基参与的固化反应是表观一级,这是由于DMP-30催化作用造成的。相关二元反应的速度常数值与不同体系固化产物的玻璃化转变行为是一致的。
In this paper, the binary reaction between toughening epoxy-polyurethane system reactants was studied by FTIR. It is observed that the curing reaction involving NCO and epoxy groups is of an apparent order due to the catalysis of DMP-30. The value of the rate constant of the related binary reaction is consistent with the glass transition behavior of the cured products of the different systems.
