我们于1986年从黑龙江省森林植物园采回刚出蛰的成对交尾的蒙古光瓢虫(Exochomus mongol Borousky)成虫,用鲜蚧喂养,在自然变温条件下,研究卵、各龄幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温。 研究结果是:卵期发育起点温度C=5.9±1.4℃,有效积温K=152.2±13.6日度;Ⅰ—Ⅵ龄幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温分别是:C_Ⅰ=10.7±1.4℃、K_Ⅰ=103±9.0日度,C_Ⅱ=12.2±2.8℃、K_Ⅱ=38.5±12.0日度,C_Ⅲ=11.7±0.7℃、K_Ⅲ=44.8±6.7日度,C_Ⅵ=15.1±1.8℃、K_Ⅵ=51.9±13.2日度。蛹的发育起点温度C=15.6±1.5,有效积温K=42.6±8.9日度。 本项研究是在人工饲养模拟自然变温条件下进行的,与自然条件下相比,多少有些差异,会左右发育起点温度和有效积温。蒙古光瓢虫以成虫越冬,而且寿命很长,平均寿命为300天,个别的可达一年,本项研究未包括成虫的发育起点温度和有效积温。
