市政工程的成本控制与项目经理的管理是涉及市政工程高效施工的重要内容。对市政工程的成本控制多年以来是国家重点关注的问题,在保证工程质量的前提下控制工程成本,能有效提高国家资源的利用率,是国家经济发展要求;相比较而言,对项目经理的管理关注度并不太高,项目经理的管理对提高工程项目管理来说很重要,而工程项目的管理提高又对控制总体造价成本起着积极的作用。本次讨论主要围绕市政工程成本控制的具体内容与项目经理的实际职责展开,提出了提高项目经理的管理相关措施,并对两者之间的关系作出简要分析。
The cost control of municipal engineering and the management of project manager are important contents that involve the efficient construction of municipal engineering. The cost control of municipal engineering has been the key issue of national concern for many years. It is the national economic development requirement to control the construction cost under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project and effectively improve the utilization rate of national resources.
