“历史教学”1956年九月号发表了林平野、陈扬灵二位同志的“第一次国内革命战争时期帝国主义对中国革命的干涉”一文。对于这篇文章,我提出如下一些意见.首先,作者利用了很大的篇幅想说明英国在北伐战争中主要“采取外交谈判的形式,进行分裂阴谋,用一些让步来引诱民族资产阶级使之退出统一战线”。当然,这是帝国主义一贯的伎俩,但就当时的具体情况看来,英国主要是在搞武装干涉;日本则主要进行“南北妥协”的工作;美国则乘英日的矛盾,积极从革命内部来寻找它的代理人,因此,作者所得出的结论是不全面的。下面是我的一点看法和补充意见提供参考:
