国内,高频感应等离子体发射光谱,大多是将样品溶液引入等离子体。直接粉末进样,则为少见。我们采用云南省地质局实验室试制的粉末雾化器,分别采用Re、Sb和Sc作内标,比较成功地分析了矿石中铌、钽、锡、铍、钨、镧、铈、镱等元素。 实验部分 (一) 仪器装置 上海纸品二厂高频等离子体发生器GP 3.5-D1型等离子管,由三根同轴石英管组成:外管内壁18毫米,壁厚1.5毫米;中间管扩口处外径16毫米;中心管内径1.5毫米。工作线圈:直径为6毫米长度约为700—800
Domestic, high-frequency inductive plasma emission spectrometry, most of the sample solution is introduced into the plasma. Direct powder injection is rare. We use the powder atomizer manufactured by Yunnan Bureau of Geological Bureau to conduct the internal analysis of Re, Sb and Sc respectively, and successfully analyze the elements such as niobium, tantalum, tin, beryllium, tungsten, lanthanum, cerium and ytterbium in ore .
