作者对44例(男31例,女13例。年龄31~85岁)经组织学证实的口腔鳞癌病人行MR成像做为术前评估的一部分。按照国际联合癌症中心和美国癌症分期联合委员会的标准,所有的肿瘤在临床检查中分期为T_2期或更高。所有图像用1.5T磁共振机和头线圈或头颈线圈获得,所有病人静脉注射钆剂前后获得横断和冠状T_1加权SE像(TR/TE500~700/10~20),用TR4500~5200ms和有效TE90~103ms,7个回波链长度,回波间隔20ms获得T_2加权FSE像,层厚4或5mm,层距0.4~0.8mm,矩阵192×256或224×256,SE和FSE脉冲序列18
The authors performed MR imaging of 44 patients (31 males and 13 females, ages 31-85 years) with histologically confirmed OSCC as part of a preoperative evaluation. According to the International Joint Cancer Center and the American Joint Committee on Staging of Cancer, all tumors are staged as T 2 or higher during clinical examination. All images were obtained with a 1.5T magnetic resonance machine and a head coil or head and neck coil. Transection and coronary T_1-weighted SE images (TR / TE500-700 / 10-20) were obtained before and after intravenous injection of gadolinium in all patients. TR4500-500ms and effective TE90 ~ 103ms, 7 echo chain length, 20ms echo interval T_2 weighted FSE image, layer thickness 4 or 5mm, layer spacing 0.4 ~ 0.8mm, matrix 192 × 256 or 224 × 256, SE and FSE pulse sequence 18
