常宝成简介:山西大学教育管理专业毕业,教育心理学教授。现任太原市第三实验中学校长。作为太原市一名具有教授职称的中学校长,他积极探索特色学校创建规律,致力于课堂教学改革。他与他的领导团队和一线教师努力打造高效课堂,共同探索让学生自主学习的“312”课堂教学优化方略。2012年,此方略已经正式被中国教育学会确定为“十二五”教育科研规划课题。他曾获得全国五一 Chang Baocheng Profile: Education Management, Shanxi University graduate, professor of educational psychology.
