随着经济的不断发展,煤炭行业结构性调整力度也不断加大,一批按照现代产权模式和管理理念建立起来的新型能源企业屹立在三晋大地上,煤炭企业在经历了重组、合并后,共青团的工作基础、工作环境和工作对象也随之发生了很大的变化,对煤炭企业共青团的工作也提出了新的要求。本文介绍了煤炭企业共青团工作所面临的困难:(1)煤炭企业共青团功能薄弱化、边缘化;(2)煤炭企业共青团组织建设严重削弱;(3)煤炭企业共青团活动方式单一,凝聚力、号召力不足。探索了煤炭企业共青团工作的发展方向:(1)加强团组织的自身建设,坚持党建带团建;(2)改进团组织的工作方式,创新工作内容;(3)完善团组织的安全教育监督工作。
With the continuous economic development, structural adjustment of the coal industry is also intensifying efforts. A group of new energy enterprises established in accordance with the modern property rights model and management philosophy stand on the land of Sanjin. After the coal enterprises have undergone restructuring and merger, The foundation, working environment and work targets of the Communist Youth League have also undergone great changes. They have also set new demands on the work of the Communist Youth League of the coal industry. This paper introduces the difficulties faced by the Communist Youth League in coal enterprises: (1) the functions and weakness of the Communist Youth League in the coal enterprises are weakened; (2) the construction of the Communist Youth League in the coal enterprises is severely weakened; (3) the activities of the Communist Youth League in the coal enterprises are single, cohesive and charismatic insufficient. Explored the development direction of CYL work in coal enterprises: (1) strengthening the self-construction of CYL organizations and upholding the building of CYL organizations; (2) improving the CYL’s working methods and innovating the work contents; (3) improving CYL’s safety education supervision jobs.
