《量和单位》国家标准(GB 3100~3102-1993)是科学技术领域中重要的基础性强制标准,是一些专门对各学科使用的物理量和计量单位的名称、定义、符号和换算关系等作出的标准化规定。广大工程技术人员,尤其是标准编制人员,必须认真学习、严格贯彻执行。但从目前标准审查和编审过程中,发现涉及到量和单位的使用上,还存在着许多问题。为了引起大家的重视,在使用上更加规范化、标准化,现根据自己对标准的学习和理解,谈一谈量和单位的名称、符号书写规则以及使用中应注意的问题,以供标准编制人员参考。
