目的 :探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对软组织神经源肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :复习经手术病理证实的软组织神经源肿瘤 43例的超声检查结果 ,包括神经鞘瘤 2 2例、神经纤维瘤 4例、颈动脉体瘤 2例、恶性神经源肿瘤 1 5例。结果 :2 8例良性软组织神经源肿瘤均为圆形或类圆形肿物 ,边界清 ,内部回声以实质低回声为主部分有囊性变 (2 0 / 38) ,CDFI示血流分级 0~ 级为主。 1 5例恶性肿物显示瘤体较大 ,边界尚清 ,形态不规则或分叶状 ,内部回声不均 ,CDFI示血流分级均为 ~ 级。结论 :综合分析肿瘤的部位、形态、内部回声及彩色多普勒血流情况 ,有助于确定软组织神经源性肿瘤的诊断及良、恶性的鉴别
Objective: To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of soft tissue neurogenic tumors. Methods: The echocardiographic findings of 43 cases of soft tissue neurogenic tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were reviewed. Among them, 22 cases were schwannoma, 4 cases of neurofibromatosis, 2 cases of carotid body tumor and 15 cases of malignant neurogenic tumor. Results: Twenty-eight cases of benign soft tissue neurogenic tumors were round or round-like tumors with clear boundary, cystic degeneration (20/38) with mainly hypoechoic echo and CDFI ~ Level based. 15 cases of malignant tumor showed a larger, clear boundary, irregular or lobulated shape, internal echo uneven, CDFI showed that the grade of blood flow are ~ level. Conclusion: The comprehensive analysis of tumor location, morphology, internal echo and color Doppler flow may help to determine the diagnosis of benign and malignant soft tissue neoplasms
