目的观察医院传染病房污染被服洗涤消毒效果,探讨污染被服最佳洗涤消毒方法。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和活菌计数检测方法,对本院传染科污染被服不同洗涤消毒方法的效果进行了评价。结果第一类方法是采用洗涤剂加自动加热清洗机清洗法,分别在主洗水温50℃水中洗涤20 m in,再升温至70℃~90℃继续洗涤15 m in;第二类方法是采用含有效氯500 mg/L的84消毒液浸泡30 m in,然后再用自动加热清洗机进行清洗;清洗后的被服经过烘干、熨烫、折叠,然后采样检测。此两类清洗方法,均可使污染被服上菌数降至<200 cfu/100 cm2,且无致病菌检出。结论本研究所采用的两类清洗消毒方法对污染被服上细菌杀灭效果都可以达标,但以自动加热清洗机水温70℃清洗更符合节能和环保要求。
Objective To observe the infection effect of hospital infectious ward being washed and sterilized, and to explore the best method of washing and disinfection of contaminated clothing. Methods Cotton swab smear sampling and viable count detection methods were used to evaluate the effect of different methods of disinfection and disinfection on infectious diseases in our hospital. These two types of cleaning methods, can be contaminated by the number of bacteria was reduced to <200 cfu / 100 cm2, and no pathogens detected. Conclusions The two types of cleaning and disinfection methods used in this study can achieve the goal of killing bacteria when the pollution is contaminated. However, cleaning with an automatic heating and washing machine at a water temperature of 70 ° C is more in line with energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.
