In recent years, China’s private enterprises have experienced great ups and downs, which has caused widespread concern among people from all walks of life. The reasons for this are both the external environmental factors and their own shortcomings. The key to the problem lies in the management mechanism. Professor Deng Sheng, a lifelong professor at the University of Boston in the United States, believes that a successful company must go through three levels, from an entrepreneurial enterprise to a standardized enterprise, and finally to the internationalization road, becoming an industry pillar enterprise. At present, China’s private enterprises are in the transition from entrepreneurial to regulatory enterprises.
