机车的振动和减振问题向来被认为是悬挂设计的重要课题。尽管目前振动力学在这方面已有比较成熟的理论,但在实际情况中,由于机车振动的因素很复杂,而且也受到设计技术和工艺制造水平的限制,所以难于圆满地解决这个课题。本文根据各国对机车悬挂设计有关方面的经验以及结合悬挂设计的实用情况,借助于振动力学的理论,对机车振动和有关悬挂设计及阻尼计算等问题作了一些初步的理论分析和探讨,以供有关同志参考。希望通过以后的实践去验证、充实和提高这方面的理论知识,为我国铁道电气化事业有所贡献。
The vibration and damping of locomotive has always been considered as an important issue of suspension design. Although vibration mechanics has a relatively mature theory in this respect, in practical situations, it is difficult to satisfactorily solve this issue due to the complexity of locomotive vibration and the limitations of design technology and manufacturing technology. Based on the experience of locomotive suspension design in various countries and the practical situation of suspension design, this paper makes some preliminary theoretical analysis and discussion of locomotive vibration, suspension design and damping calculation with the help of the theory of vibration mechanics. For comrades reference. Hope that through future practice to verify, enrich and improve this theoretical knowledge, contribute to the cause of China’s railway electrification.
