Long distance running is a well-known fitness exercise that has become an increasingly favorite sport for the elderly because of its ease of use and its absence of any sports facilities and space. Many middle-aged and old people who have been participating in fitness running for a long period of time have significantly improved their physical constitution compared with those who do not participate in sports.
