对中国先进研究堆(CARR)燃料元件包壳候选材料LT24、305铝合金进行了温度为200℃、流速为10m/s的堆外动水腐蚀试验研究。腐蚀后试样的金相显微镜观察、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及电子探针分析、腐蚀速率的计算及氧化膜厚度的测量等结果表明:从腐蚀类型及其程度和氧化膜的剥落情况等方面看,305铝合金材料的抗中温动水腐蚀性能优于LT24铝合金;退火态和冷轧态的LT24铝合金的耐蚀性能未显示出差异。试验结果为CARR燃料元件包壳选材提供参考依据。
The hydrofluid corrosion test was conducted at a temperature of 200 ℃ and a flow rate of 10 m / s on the LT24,305 aluminum alloy used as fuel element cladding material for China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR). The results of metallographic examination, X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis, the calculation of corrosion rate and the measurement of the oxide film thickness show that the corrosion resistance of the sample after corrosion depends on the type and degree of corrosion and the exfoliation of the oxide film From the aspect of view, the corrosion resistance of 305 aluminum alloy is better than that of LT24 aluminum alloy in the medium temperature resistance and the corrosion resistance of LT24 aluminum alloy in annealed and cold rolled steel is not different. The test results provide a reference for the cladding of CARR fuel element.
