用搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)技术将多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)添加在LC9铝合金板表面,并在其表层形成碳纳米管铝基复合材料,表面强化高强铝合金材料。结果表明,MWCNTs的加入,可使铝基复合材料表面硬度明显提高。随着MWCNTs含量的增加,复合材料的硬度明显提高,但当MWCNTs添加量过多时,增强相材料在基材内分布不均匀,表面强化效果较差。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were added to the surface of LC9 aluminum alloy plate by friction stir processing (FSP) technique, and carbon nanotubes were formed on the surface of the LC9 aluminum matrix composites. The surface strengthened high-strength aluminum alloy material. The results show that the addition of MWCNTs can significantly improve the surface hardness of aluminum matrix composites. With the increase of MWCNTs content, the hardness of the composites increases obviously. However, when MWCNTs are added in too much amount, the reinforcing materials are unevenly distributed in the substrate and the surface strengthening effect is poor.
