本文介绍了用脉冲气动喷涂法(PGDS)制备WC基涂层的全过程,重点研究了气体压力、预热温度、喷涂粉末的温度等参数对涂层微观结构的影响。通过安装在喷枪上的粒子速度观测器和激光诊断系统,可以及时纠正粒子速度与喷涂参数的偏差。本文通过OM、SEM、XRD和显微硬度分析检测结果表明,随着粒子预热温度和速度的增加,涂层的微裂纹等缺陷减少,涂层的显微硬度增加。
In this paper, the whole process of preparing WC-based coatings by pulsed pneumatic spraying (PGDS) is introduced. The effects of gas pressure, preheating temperature and spray powder temperature on the microstructure of the coatings are mainly studied. With the particle velocity observer and laser diagnostic system installed on the gun, deviations between particle velocity and spray parameters can be corrected promptly. The results of OM, SEM, XRD and microhardness analysis show that with the increase of particle preheating temperature and velocity, the defects such as micro-cracks of the coating decrease and the microhardness of the coating increases.
