目前,全国范围内高速铁路大建设,让如此大断面的浅埋软弱围岩隧道实行下穿施工,并保证其上部设备及结构的安全,是隧道施工中的一大难题。在观音堂隧道中围绕双侧壁导坑法采取的一系列施工工艺,成功穿越了高速公路路基。施工过程中,监测结果表明,超前支护与初期支护及时的封闭成环是控制拱顶下沉的有效措施。
At present, the large-scale construction of high-speed railway across the country makes the construction of such shallowly-buried soft rock tunnel with such a large cross-section underneath and ensuring the safety of the upper equipment and structures, which is a major challenge in tunnel construction. A series of construction techniques were adopted around the Guanyintang Tunnel around the double-wall pilot pit method and successfully crossed the expressway subgrade. During the construction, the monitoring results show that the timely and closed ring formation of advanced support and initial support is an effective measure to control the vault sinking.
