一、概况根据中法铁路科技合作第四次工作会议纪要,法国铁路车辆防火考察组一行二人(法铁车辆局试验处勒瓦卢瓦材料试验中心工程师贝尔纳·黑古尔先生和法铁车辆局制造处工程师达尼埃尔·吕纳尔德里先生)于1990年4月1～15日在我国考察,8～12日在四方机车车辆工厂和四方车辆研究所考察并进行技术交流。在青期间,四方机车车辆工厂和四方车辆研究所20多名工程技术人员参加了技术交流。会上,法方较为详细地介绍了法铁的机构设置、防火设计及措施、防火材料分级、防火材料选择及有关试验。另外,法方还参

Overview According to the minutes of the fourth working meeting of Sino-French railway science and technology cooperation, the French Railway Vehicle Fire Investigation Team and his entourage (Mr. Bernard Heuer, Levallois Materials Testing Center, Mr. Danielle Luennaldri, Engineer of Vehicle Bureau Manufacturing Division) visited China from April 1 to April 15, 1990 and conducted technical exchanges at Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works and Sifang Vehicle Research Institute from 8th to 12th.
