我厂生产的6180型柴油机活塞销,采用20Cr钢制造,长期以来,为了保证产品质量,均采用传统的二次淬火法来生产,但使得热处理成本高,产品变形大。 近年来随着热处理淬火技术的发展和渗碳工艺的改进,我们对大型活塞销的热处理工艺进行了一次淬火的试验,取得了可喜的成绩。 一、6180活塞销渗碳工艺及对渗碳层组织要求 6180活塞销渗碳时CO_2值控制在0.25~0.35%毫米,这样使工件的表面含碳量就能比较精确地控制在0.94~1.05毫米范围内。经多炉次试验,其最高含碳量也未超过1.05毫米。 图1是6180活塞销渗碳工艺曲线图。 表1是剥层化验碳层含量分布,材料为20Cr,表内为CO_2%值。
