采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测了60例脑卒中患者血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平,结果发现:脑卒中急性期血清sIL-2R水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001),而在其后发生肺部感染的患者显著高于非感染患者,提示脑卒中患者急性期免疫功能低下,sIL-2R在预测脑卒中后肺部感染中有一定的诊断价值。
Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels were measured in 60 stroke patients by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that the level of sIL-2R in the acute stage of stroke was significantly higher than that in the control group P <0.001). However, the incidence of subsequent lung infections was significantly higher in non-infected patients than those in non-infected patients, suggesting that the immune function of acute stroke in patients with stroke is poor. The sIL-2R may be useful in the prediction of pulmonary infection after stroke.
