目前讲到营销策略,基本上很少把收款方式作为营销组合策略的一个组成部分来考虑,更别说作为一个重要的方面来运作了。但是,实践中收款方式却已经成为商务谈判中不可或缺的重要内容。也有越来越多的营销界人士认识了收款方式应该成为营销策略,并且陆续有所阐述。但是,这些阐述大多立足于快速消费品的市场营销经验,虽然对安防这个行业也会有所借鉴,但是毕竟有很多不同之处。我以从事安防的经验,来抛砖引玉,希望引起同行的重视。也期盼专家的指正。
