高中生在英语学习过程中会产生焦虑,为此,高中英语教师在教学过程中应尽力帮助学生摆脱高焦虑。在教学中,教师可以与学生建立良好的师生关系,用丰富多彩的教学导入来激发学生学习英语的兴趣。在课堂上,创造积极的课堂心理状态,养成良好的情感,让学因生经常获得成功的机会,适时适度放松控制以降低中差生学习上的焦虑,从而促进他们的学习成绩的提高,指引他们走出学习的误区,不断体验到成功的快乐。
