案例:小吴是沪上某师范院校的毕业生,毕业之后他进入一家培训学校担任英语老师。进校时,校方承诺每个月的工资为2500元,待遇从优。可一个月后,小吴只领到了1500元工资。为此,小吴找校方理论,没想到对方给出的理由是:小吴尚在试用期,按学校规定试用期工资为1500元/月,2500元的工资待遇是针对试用期满后的正式员工的。对于校方的这种说法,小吴虽然将信将疑,但也找不出什么反驳的理由,因为合同上并没有约定试用期工资。难道试用期工资只能由企业说了算?
