升板施工法具有许多优点,它能节约模板、简化工序、提高工效、加快施工速度,特别是在上海某些狭小施工场地,采用这种施工方法就更具有现实意义。但是,非预应力升板结构在提升过程中,如果各吊点上升速度稍有不一致,就很容易出现板面裂缝,影响工程质量,而且用钢量也比较大。为了尽量减少裂缝、提高工程质量和节约钢材,上海市轻工业设计院和上海市第五建筑工程公司在上海益民食品四厂酱菜车间工程上采用了先张预应力升板结
