石方隧洞开挖在不同围岩条件下的施工方法、爆破参数、工艺等均有所不同,从而导致在开挖过程中人工材料消耗量存在差别,通过对现场实测资料数据统计分析、对施工过程和工艺的深入研究,整理出一套完整、可行的分析方法,结合实例,基本可以得出如下结论:在不同围岩条件下,单位体积石方平洞开挖人工消耗量随着围岩类别的提高而增加,炸药耗量随着围岩类别的提高而减少,钻孔机械设备台时消耗量随着围岩类别的提高先减少然后逐渐增加,挖掘机台时消耗量随着围岩类别的提高而增加。该方法为石方洞挖消耗量研究提供了新的思路,对定额方法研究有一定参考价值。
