以6×3不完全双列杂交衍生的18个家系实生苗为材料,估算了6个性状的遗传方差、一般配合力(gca)和特殊配合力(sca)效应.结果表明,甘蔗有效茎数、株高、茎径和锤度的遗传主要受加性基因效应的控制,母本对除茎径外的3个性状的方差贡献较大,而丛重和锤重的遗传主要是非加性基因效应作用的结果.根据gca效应和sca方差评价亲本.认为Co1001、CP67-412、崖71-374、CP72-1210和新台糖1号是大多数性状的优良配合者,可作为生产性亲本用于甘蔗杂交育种计划.从性状平均值和sca效应值分析,Co1001×崖71-374、CP65—357×崖71-374、CP67-412×崖71-374、CP72—1210×崖82—96、新台精1号×崖84-153和新台糖10号×崖82-96是同母异父半同胞家系中的优良组合,要继续选配以扩大实生苗群体.
Sixteen pedigree seedlings derived from 6 × 3 incomplete diallel cross were used as materials to estimate the genetic variance, general combining ability (gca) and special combining ability (sca) of six traits. The results showed that the inheritance of effective stem number, plant height, stem diameter and brix of sugarcane was mainly controlled by additive gene effect. The female parent had a greater contribution to the variance of the three traits except stem diameter, The heredity is mainly the result of non-additive gene effect. The parents were evaluated according to the gca effect and the sca variance. It is considered that Co1001, CP67-412, Cliff 71-374, CP72-1210 and Xintaandu 1 are excellent partners of most traits and can be used as productive parents for the sugarcane cross breeding program. From the trait average and sca effect analysis, Co1001 × Cliff 71-374, CP65-357 × Cliff 71-374, CP67-412 × Cliff 71-374, CP72-1210 × Cliff 82-96, Xintaijing 1 × Cliff 84-153 and the new Taiwan sugar No. 10 × Cliff 82-96 is the same half-sib family lineage fine combination, to continue matching to expand the seedling population.
