目前我国素质教育不断深化,对培养具有综合性职业素质和较强实践操作能力的人才需求越来越迫切。为适应时代发展和响应国家号召,各高等学校经济类专业通过加强实践能力的培养模式,培养经济管理类应用型人才。通过专业设置与岗位需求相适应、课程内容与经济类职业标准相符合的方式,即提高高校教育质量与办学特色又为社会提供具有创新能力、实践能力经济管理类型人才。然而,在实践过程中,高校经济类专业教师教学能力更多的侧重于传统理论教育,本文着重对转型背景下,提升高校经济类专业教师教学能力的策略和途径进行探讨,以期能够满足具有实践能力的应用型人才培养的需要。
