目的制定哈萨克传统药材黑果越橘的质量标准,为该药用植物的资源开发和合理利用提供科学依据。方法显微鉴定,水分测定,灰分测定,薄层色谱法。结果黑果越橘的显微特征:茎表皮细胞类长方形,内含簇晶及方晶;气孔不定式;果实中石细胞群多见。薄层色谱中与熊果酸对照品相对应的药材有斑点出现。结论该质量控制方法可以用于评价黑果越橘药材的质量,其参数可以作为制定黑果越橘质量标准的依据。
Objective To establish the quality standard of black kiwi in Kazakh traditional medicine and to provide a scientific basis for the exploitation and rational utilization of the medicinal plants. Methods Microscopic identification, determination of moisture, ash determination, TLC. Results The microscopic characteristics of blackberry blueberry: stems epidermal cells rectangular, containing clusters and Fang Jing; infinitive stomatal; fruit stone group more common. Thin layer chromatography and ursolic acid reference substance corresponding to the spotted medicine. Conclusion The quality control method can be used to evaluate the quality of blackberry bilberry medicinal materials, and its parameters can be used as the basis for the quality standard of blackberry blueberry.
