我从事高中英语教学工作二十二年了,工作中吸取了不少的教训,也感受到了成功的快乐。下面就我的工作谈谈自己的一些看法和体会。一、英语教学的发展趋势在21世纪的今天,随着国际间交流的频繁化,英语作为一门世界性语言受到了广泛的重视,社会对英语学习提出了更高要求。我国传统的“知识型”和“应试型”的英语限制了学生的创造性学习。老师的满堂灌,使学生几乎没有机会自主学习,仅仅习惯于做被动的知识接受器。传统的英语教学虽然让学生有丰富的英语词汇知识和扎实的英语语法知识,却不能正确地运用英语进行交
I have been engaged in high school English teaching for 22 years. I have learned a lot of lessons from my work and I have felt the joy of success. Let’s talk about my own opinions and experiences on my work. First, the development trend of English teaching in the 21st century, with the frequent international exchanges, English as a universal language has been widely valued, the society put forward higher requirements for English learning. The traditional Chinese “knowledge” and “appropriate” English restrict students’ creative learning. The full house of the teacher allows the students to have almost no chance to study independently, and is only used to being a passive knowledge receiver. Although traditional English teaching allows students to have a rich knowledge of English vocabulary and a solid knowledge of English grammar, they cannot use English to communicate correctly.
