目前日语专业毕业生的供需矛盾极为突出,企业对日语人才的需求减缓,要求进一步提高,如何使学生符合日企的人才需求标准,是高校商务日语教学亟需解决的课题。本文从近年来日企人才需求的变化出发,概述了中国目前商务日语教育的现状及存在的问题,结合教学实践,就商务日语教学的课堂改革提出了一些粗浅的意见。 At present, the contradiction between supply and demand of Japanese majors is extremely prominent. The demand of Japanese talents is slowed down and the requirements are further raised. How to make students conform to the standards of Japanese enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in business Japanese teaching in colleges and universities. This paper starts from the change of demand for talents of Japanese enterprises in recent years, and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the current Japanese education in business in China. Based on the teaching practice, some superficial opinions are put forward on the classroom reform of Business Japanese teaching.
