用免疫组织化学ABC方法研究胆囊收缩素(CCK)免疫反应神经元在蟾蜍视网膜的定位与分布。实验结果表明,在183个免疫反应阳性神经元中,85%为Ⅰ型无长突细胞,12%为Ⅱ型无长突细胞,3%的细胞体位于节细胞层,暂定为移位无长突细胞。CCK免疫阳性纤维呈点状散布于内网层的1~5各亚层.在视网膜平铺片上,CCK免疫阳性细胞体均匀分布于视网膜的中央区和周围区,其密度为30 ±2.3个/mm~2,它们的树突野呈对称性和非对称性两型,前者的树突野大小为90~200 um×60~110um,后者的突起长度约为60~100um。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the location and distribution of cholecystokinin (CCK) immunoreactive neurons in the toad retina. The results showed that among the 183 immunoreactive neurons, 85% were type Ⅰ amacrine cells, 12% were type Ⅱ amacrine cells and 3% were located in the cell layer of the ganglion, tentatively translocated Synapse. CCK immunoreactive fibers were dotted in the inner layer of the layers 1 to 5. In retinal tile, CCK immunopositive cells were evenly distributed in the central and peripheral retina area, the density of 30 ± 2.3 / mm ~ 2, and their dendrites are symmetrical and asymmetrical. The former dendrite size is 90 ~ 200 um × 60 ~ 110 um, and the latter is about 60 ~ 100 urn.
