目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量。方法:用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱为分析柱,以乙腈-水(含0.1%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH 5.8)(55:45)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:硫酸阿托品在20-200μg·ml-1范围有良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法是一种简便、灵敏、准确的分析法,能有效地控制硫酸阿托品滴眼液的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of atropine sulfate eye drops. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% triethylamine and adjusted to pH 5.8 with phosphoric acid) (55:45) Phase, flow rate 1.0 ml · min-1, detection wavelength 210 nm. Results: Atropine sulfate had a good linear relationship in the range of 20-200μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.2% (n = 9) and the RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is a simple, sensitive and accurate analytical method, which can effectively control the quality of atropine sulfate eye drops.
