针对渤海湾盆地东营凹陷低渗透砂砾岩油藏储层物性差、非均质性强、井网适应性差,有效动用程度低的问题,采用径向钻孔技术优化研究,通过分析径向钻孔的适应性,纵向上对水淹程度低、动用差的储层实施径向钻孔,平面上变方向适配井网,避免地应力方向变化导致井网不匹配,变长度适配井距,减小注采井距,避开高水淹分布区,实现各方向均衡水驱等措施,形成一套径向钻孔适配井网优化技术。指导实施径向钻孔井7口,实施后单井产能均增加2倍以上,自然递减下降3%,储量动用程度提高20%,增产效果明显。研究认为低渗透非均质注水开发中后期通过径向钻孔均衡了平面水驱,改善纵向吸水状况,达到了适配井网的目的,具有良好的工业化应用前景。

Guided the implementation of radial drilling wells 7, the single-well production capacity increased by more than 2 times, the natural decline of 3% decline, the use of reserves increased by 20%, the stimulation effect is obvious. It is concluded that the horizontal water flooding is balanced by radial drilling in the middle and later stages of low-permeability heterogeneous waterflooding, improving the vertical water absorption and achieving the purpose of well matching. It has good industrial application prospect.
