目的:探讨参附注射液联合西药治疗感染性休克临床疗效观察及其安全性评价。方法:将118例感染性休克患者按照随机分组法分为对照组58例和观察组60例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合参附注射液治疗。两组连续用药5 d。对比分析两组用药5 d后临床疗效,治疗前、治疗24 h和48 h血乳酸浓度和血清炎症因子水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率(88.33%)显著高于对照组(68.97%)(P<0.05);两组血乳酸浓度治疗前比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组血乳酸浓度治疗24 h、48 h较治疗前显著降低减少(P<0.05);观察组血乳酸浓度治疗24 h和48 h后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-6、TNF-α治疗前比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组血清IL-6、TNF-α治疗24 h、48 h较治疗前显著降低减少(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α治疗24 h和48 h后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:参附注射液联合西药治疗感染性休克临床疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要研究意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of septic shock and its safety evaluation. Methods: 118 patients with septic shock were randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Shenfu injection on the basis of the control group. Two groups of continuous medication 5 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 5 days of treatment was compared, and the changes of blood lactic acid concentration and serum inflammatory cytokines before treatment, 24 h and 48 h after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate (88.33%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.97%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood lactic acid concentration before treatment (P> 0.05) 24 h, 48 h after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05); the levels of serum lactate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 48 h (P <0.05) The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased significantly (P <0.05) 24 h and 48 h after treatment compared with those before treatment (P <0.05) α was significantly lower than that of the control group at 24 h and 48 h (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions were observed during the two treatment periods. Conclusion: Shenfu injection combined with Western medicine in the treatment of septic shock clinical efficacy of significant, safe and reliable, has important research significance.
