ZJ50DB低温钻机井架为K形井架,井架各段之间采用销轴连接。井架的起升通过绞车带动天车、游车绳系,游车通过起升三角架拽拉作用在人字架上的起升绳系,以达到起升井架的目的。由于井架是整体式K形井架,不能伸缩,井架井架结构及附件重量比较大。因而有必要对井架起升工况进行计算,确定快绳轮钢丝绳和提升系统钢丝绳拉力,同时对井架起升工况进行建模计算分析,校核井架、人字架件强度。
