目的分析四川省1麻疹病毒分离株的基因特征。方法病毒分离和核苷酸测序后,与麻疹病毒基因型参考株编码核蛋白羧基末端的456个核苷酸序列做进化树分析。结果该病毒分离株(MVi/Sichuan.CHN/7.09/1)与D9基因型参考株聚集在同一进化分枝上,bootstrap值为91%。与D9基因型参考株的核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为96.9%和96.6%;与其他22个基因型参考株的核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为89.9%~96.2%和90.7%~98.0%。结论现有的麻疹实验室网络数据表明,该病毒分离株为我国大陆首次分离到的D9基因型麻疹病毒,证实为输入性病毒。
Objective To analyze the genetic characteristics of one isolate of measles virus in Sichuan Province. Methods After virus isolation and nucleotide sequencing, 456 nucleotide sequences encoding the carboxy terminal of nucleoprotein of reference strain of measles virus were analyzed by phylogenetic tree. Results The virus isolate (MVi / Sichuan.CHN / 7.09 / 1) clustered with the D9 reference strain on the same clade, with a bootstrap value of 91%. The nucleotide and amino acid sequence homologies with reference strains of D9 genotypes were 96.9% and 96.6%, respectively. The homologies of nucleotide and amino acid sequences with reference strains of other 22 genotypes were 89.9% ~ 96.2% and 90.7% ~ 98.0%. Conclusion The existing data of measles laboratory network indicate that this virus isolate was the first D9 genotype isolated from mainland China and was confirmed as an imported virus.
