我院于1994年10月至1995年9月用北京三达生化制药厂研制、河北医学院药厂生产的脑组织注射液治疗脑梗塞45例,男25例,女20例,年龄55岁至93岁,平均年龄69岁,总有效率达96%,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。未发生一例过敏及出现精神症状等副作用。其中34例在治疗前治疗后进行了BEAM的对比,BEAM分析表明:脑电δ、θ波局灶性功率值下降的变化,经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);脑电δ、θ波功率值下降,提示脑功能的改善。而α_1波改变不明显(P<0.05);进一步证明该药主要作用于受损脑细胞的改善。对照组δ、θ波、α_1波改变不明显(P>0.05)也说明治疗组脑电功率值下降为该药作用的结果。BEAM在治疗前后的对比观察客观真实地反映并显示出绝大多数病人用药后脑功能都有好转,特别是BEAM所揭示的脑功率值改变更具有直观、量化的特点。因此为临床疗效判定提供了客观指标。
Our hospital from October 1994 to September 1995 with Beijing Sanda Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory, Hebei Medical College pharmaceutical production of brain tissue injection in 45 cases of cerebral infarction, 25 males and 20 females, aged 55 years old to 93 years old, average age 69 years, the total effective rate was 96%, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). No side effects such as allergies and psychiatric symptoms occurred. Among them, 34 cases were treated with BEAM before treatment. BEAM analysis showed that there was significant difference (P <0.05) in the change of focal power value of EEG and θ wave after statistical treatment (P <0.05) δ, θ wave power values decline, suggesting improvement in brain function. While the change of α_1 wave was not significant (P <0.05). It further proves that the drug mainly acts on the improvement of damaged brain cells. The control group δ, θ wave, α_1 wave change was not significant (P> 0.05) also shows that the treatment group decreased EEG power as a result of the drug. The comparison of BEAM before and after treatment objectively reflects and shows that most patients have improved brain function after medication. In particular, the change of brain power value revealed by BEAM is more intuitive and quantitative. Therefore, it provides an objective indicator for the determination of clinical efficacy.
