当使用调整式工作台的仪器进行精密测量时,必须调整工作台表面,使其与仪器测量轴线保持高度的垂直性,才能获得正确的测量结果。目前各厂使用的锥面支承并带四个调整螺钉的立式光学计工作台(如图1).我们称为锥面支承工作台(或四点调整工作台)。这种工作台表面与测量轴线垂直性的调整,往往花费较多的时间也不容易调好。为较迅速又准确地调整工作台,下面谈谈我们的调整方法,以供参考
When using an adjustable table instrument for precision measurements, the table surface must be adjusted so that it is highly perpendicular to the measuring axis of the instrument in order to obtain the correct measurement results. At present, the factory uses a vertical optical table with four adjusting screws (see Figure 1) which is supported by a cone, and we call it a cone supporting table (or a four-point adjusting table). The vertical adjustment of the table surface and the measurement axis, often spend more time is not easy to adjust. For quick and accurate adjustment of workbench, let’s talk about our adjustment method for reference
