为探究内循环厌氧反应器高负荷启动试验,在常温条件下,文章对自行设计的内循环厌氧反应器进行了以水葫芦汁液为模拟废水的高负荷启动试验。结果表明:在启动运行55 d后,进水有机负荷可以达到5 kg·m~(-3)d~(-1)以上,COD去除率达到了93%,池容产气率达到了1.39 L·L~(-1)d~(-1),甲烷含量达到了69%,颗粒污泥粒径达到了4~5mm。通过对比分析,高负荷启动方式较传统的低负荷启动方式效率要高,因此,内循环厌氧反应器的高负荷启动方式是可行的、高效的,为以后内循环厌氧反应器的工程应用提供一种新的启动参考方式。
In order to explore the high-load start-up test of anaerobic reactor with internal circulation, under high temperature conditions, the paper started the high-load start-up test of the designed internal circulation anaerobic reactor with water hyacinth juice as simulation wastewater. The results showed that after 55 days of starting operation, the organic load of influent could reach over 5 kg · m -3 (d) -1, the removal rate of COD reached 93% and the gas production rate reached 1.39 L · L ~ (-1) d ~ (-1), the content of methane reached 69% and the particle size of granular sludge reached 4 ~ 5mm. Through comparative analysis, the high-load start-up method is more efficient than the traditional low-load start-up mode, therefore, the high-load start-up mode of the internal circulation anaerobic reactor is feasible and highly efficient for the future application of the internal circulation anaerobic reactor Provide a new way to get started.
