倾听,是人际交流的一门基本技巧。善于倾听的人必定善于尊重、善于宽容、善于接纳。因为,倾听是一切耐心、关心以及爱心融合而生的美德。善听者,没有激烈的言辞争锋,仅有温和的细语疏导;不用机变之术,但听言者之魂。以人为本的语文课堂,是一个思想和思想交流、灵魂与灵魂碰撞的殿堂。当学生敞开心扉尽情抒发自己情怀的时候,我们教育的契机便暗藏其间。教师要善于倾听,抓取学生在交流中展现的教育契机,或赞赏肯定,或宽颜疏导,或引其静默深思,以高超的课堂机智引导学生绽放心灵的花朵。
Listening is a basic technique of interpersonal communication. People who are good at listening must be good at respect, good at tolerance and good at accepting. Because listening is the virtue of all patience, care and love. Good listeners, there is no fierce rhetoric, only gentle whisper; do not change the technique, but the speaker’s soul. People-oriented language classroom, is a thought and thought exchange, the soul and the soul of the collision hall. When students open their hearts to express their feelings, our chances of education will be hidden. Teachers should be good at listening and grasping the educational opportunities students show in the exchange, or praise, or open-minded, or lead to its quiet contemplation, with superb classroom wit to guide students bloom flowers of the soul.
