区域课程环境的优劣会深刻地影响着校本课程的发展方向、过程规范、成果品质与实践成效。近年来,崇明县开展了十三个“用”的行动,致力于校本课程五种支持性区域环境的构建。一、区域支持性环境的构建实践(一)政策支持环境:为区域内校本课程确立方向、提供保障用规划导向。在崇明县十一五、十二五教育事业发展规划之中,把“生态教育品牌”建设立为发展目标,这使我县校本课程实践有了崇明个性发展追求的明确方向。在各校课程与教学计划中,把乡土校本课程,尤其是生态教育课程建设纳入计划,并明确了校本课程开设数与储备数的底线目标。用文件规范。教育局在2009年印发了《崇明县中小学拓
