目的研究β环糊精(β-CD)包合白术、桂枝混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为指标,优选饱和水溶液法包合挥发油的最佳工艺;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV)对包合物进行鉴别分析。结果饱和水溶液法包合白术、桂枝混合挥发油的最佳工艺条件是:挥发油与β-CD投料比为1∶6,包合时间为3 h,包合温度为40℃。结论此包合工艺简单、易行,能有效的保留白术、桂枝中挥发油成分,为葶苈生脉方的工业生产提供科学依据。
Objective To study the best technology of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion Atractylodes macrocephala and Guizhi mixed volatile oil. Methods Orthogonal test was used to determine the inclusion rate of volatile oil, the yield of inclusion compound and the oil content of inclusion compound. The optimum process of inclusion of volatile oil by saturated aqueous solution method was optimized. By TLC and UV The inclusion complex was identified spectrophotometrically (UV). Results The optimum conditions for the combination of Atractylodes macrocephala and Guizhi mixed volatile oil were as follows: the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD was 1: 6, the inclusion time was 3 h, and the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃. Conclusion The inclusion process is simple, easy, and can effectively retain the Atractylodes, cassia volatile oil composition, for the Qionglai Shengmai side of the industrial production to provide a scientific basis.
