在营养液培养条件下,研究了硼钙营养对2个硼利用效率不同的甘蓝型油菜品种顶叶和根中IAA含量的影响。结果表明,顶叶IAA在营养液中硼钙营养均供应不足时明显积累,在单一硼不足或钙不足时与硼钙正常供应植株无显著差异;根中IAA在硼、钙单一不足或均不足的条件下比正常处理含量低。推测硼、钙在油菜顶叶IAA的向根运输中共同发挥作用。
Under nutrient solution culture conditions, the effects of boron and calcium nutrition on the content of IAA in the top and the leaves of two Brassica napus cultivars with different boron utilization efficiency were studied. The results showed that IAA in the top leaves apparently accumulated when the supply of boron and calcium nutrition in the nutrient solution was insufficient, and there was no significant difference between normal and boron supply when the single boron deficiency or insufficient calcium supply. Under normal conditions than the normal content. Speculated that boron and calcium in the canola parietal IAA root transport together play a role.
