珩齿究竟能不能提高齿轮的精度,这是从事齿轮制造专业人员普遍关心的问题,也是关系到珩齿有没有发展前途的主要问题。我们通过反复实践,初步掌握了珩齿工艺的一些规律,并对珩齿工艺进行了不断的改进,发展了内啮合珩齿、摸索出了蜗杆式珩齿以及将珩轮进行修正分组等一些提高珩齿精度的有效方法,实践表明,珩齿工艺是可以提高齿轮精度的。目前,珩齿在我厂生产中已全面代替了落后的研齿
